Vacuum Lifter Handy - AHVL500
Overview
The AHVL500 is a compact vacuum lifter designed for lifting, handling, and installing heavy materials such as stone, concrete, and foam.
Powered by a venturi vacuum system, the unit operates using compressed air only, eliminating the need for electricity. This makes it suitable for both industrial environments and on-site applications. With a simple design and minimal moving parts, the AHVL500 offers high durability, easy operation, and reduced maintenance costs.
How It Works
The lifter uses compressed air to generate vacuum suction through a venturi system. When air is supplied, negative pressure is created at the vacuum pads, allowing the device to firmly grip the material surface.
Operators control the suction using an ON/OFF slide valve. Once the required vacuum level is reached, the lifter can safely lift and transport materials with stability.
Key Features
- Flexible with 4 interchangeable vacuum pads: Allows adjustment based on material size and load requirements
- Easy operation: Simple ON/OFF slide valve for quick attachment and release
- Vacuum gauge monitoring: Enables real-time pressure tracking for safe operation
- Built-in safety alarm system: Provides acoustic warning when vacuum pressure is unsafe
Applications
- Lifting and installing granite and marble slabs
- Handling concrete panels and construction materials
- Moving lightweight materials such as foam or panels
- Suitable for factories, workshops, and construction sites
Usage Notes
- Ensure the material surface is clean and free from dust or oil
- Only use on non-porous, airtight surfaces
- Do not exceed the rated load capacity for each pad size
- Always check vacuum pressure before lifting
- Never stand under suspended loads
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Does the AHVL500 require electricity to operate?
No. The lifter operates entirely on compressed air through a venturi vacuum system.
Can the vacuum pad be changed?
Yes. The AHVL500 supports different vacuum pad sizes to suit various materials and load capacities.
What materials is the AHVL500 suitable for?
It is mainly suitable for stone, concrete, glass, and other non-porous materials with a sealed surface.
