Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges


Customers are entitled to request a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • The delivered goods are incorrect in model, specification, or quantity compared with the purchase order.
  • The goods are damaged due to a manufacturing defect or transportation issues for which the company is responsible.
  • The product is unused and remains intact with all original seals, labels, packaging, and accompanying documents.

Requests for return or exchange must be made within 07–15 days from the date of receipt.

Cases Ineligible for Return/Exchange


 Goods that have been used, installed, or affected by external factors (heat, water, impact, etc.).

Products damaged due to user error.

Return/Exchange Costs


 If the company is at fault: the company bears 100% of shipping and handling costs.

If the customer is at fault: the customer bears the shipping, inspection, and restocking fees (if applicable).
