Shipping Policy

Delivery Methods


Depending on the type of goods and delivery location, the company applies the following methods:

Domestic delivery:

  • Transport by truck, container, crane truck, or direct delivery at the customer’s warehouse as agreed.

International delivery:

  • Via international carriers (sea, air, or road) under trade terms such as FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP, etc.

Lead Time


  • For in-stock items: delivery within 1–3 business days from order confirmation.
  • For made-to-order or imported items: delivery time will be specified in the contract or quotation.
  • In force majeure events (natural disasters, epidemics, transport disruptions, etc.), the company will notify customers and adjust delivery times accordingly.

Shipping Costs


Orders collected at the company’s warehouse: the customer arranges transportation.
Door-to-door delivery:
  • If agreed “Price includes delivery” → the company bears the cost.
  • If not agreed → shipping costs will be quoted separately and confirmed prior to delivery.

Special Support Services (if applicable)


  • Installation support and operation guidance at the site.
  • Assistance with transport documents, CO/CQ, and packing lists upon request.
  • Cargo insurance upon request (separately chargeable).
