Overview

The Aardwolf Slab Rack – 3 Meters Long (ASR01) is a heavy-duty vertical slab storage system designed for granite, marble, quartz, porcelain, and engineered stone slabs. The system includes two 3-meter galvanized steel rails with square positioning holes that allow flexible slab rack post placement for different slab sizes and storage configurations.

The rails are fitted with timber battens to help reduce slab edge chipping and surface scratching during slab loading, unloading, and storage. This timber-protected slab rack design helps improve stone surface protection in fabrication shops, warehouses, and slab storage areas.

The system uses 50 × 50 × 5 mm galvanized square steel posts available in standard heights from 800 mm to 1800 mm, providing reliable strength and stable vertical slab storage for industrial stone handling applications.

The slab rack system is designed for a standard 4° slab lean angle to improve slab stability and safer stone storage operations.

How It Works

The two galvanized steel rails are installed parallel on the floor to create slab storage bays. Square steel posts can be positioned freely along the rails using the integrated square hole system.

Stone slabs are stored vertically between the posts with a controlled lean angle to improve storage stability and reduce tipping risk. Timber battens help minimize direct contact between the stone slabs and steel rails during storage and handling.
